LocalHelp helps connect customers with local service providers. We do not perform services ourselves. Any agreement for services is between the customer and the provider. LocalHelp is not responsible for the performance, quality, or outcomes of services provided by third parties.

Email communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive transactional email messages (e.g., sign-in links and service updates). Message frequency varies. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

Intellectual property

The Services and all associated content are owned by LocalHelp or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LocalHelp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
